Welcome to "Sol Retreat" a newly built Townhome in Madeira Beach loaded with luxury and comfort. This 4-story, 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome is beautifully decorated with a classy coastal vibe throughout and offers plenty of space for your perfect beach getaway.

The ground level features an inviting entrance and an attached garage with 2-car parking plus additional driveway space. Enjoy fun evenings with a ping pong table and TV in the garage.

On the 2nd level, relax in the spacious living room with a large-screen TV, a cozy couch, and two chairs. Step out onto the private balcony with seating for outdoor dining. The gourmet kitchen boasts top-of-the-line upgrades and appliances, fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware; perfect for creating meals together. A large dining table and extra seating at the kitchen counter provide plenty of space for gathering and playing games with family and friends. This level also includes a bedroom with a King bed and TV, plus a full bathroom.

Head on up to the 3rd level where you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom features a King bed, TV, and an attached bath. Super nice house, location and well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, the battery was out on the door lock system and it took us a couple of extra hours to get into the house (and check out is 10AM - a bit early IMO, most others are at least 11AM if not 12). The maintenance person was great, but this should not happen with a house the is paying a separate rental company/agency for. Also a ton of paperwork to fill out beyond VRBO with the rental company which is a pain. This should be a 5 star house.

The beach was in a quieter area while still having restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do nearby. It was also easy to get to St. Pete Beach and downtown. This property was spectacular!Immaculately clean, roomy, comfortable and quite modern.We used all the bedrooms for our party of 8 adults and everyone had the room and privacy they needed.Everyone remarked that the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms provided the essentials that you would expect.The kitchen was also very well stocked with essentials, but we needed a moment to figure out how to properly operate some of the modern appliances.The roof-top open space was spectacular, and we made use of it at every opportunity when it wasn't too hot. This space was roomy and very comfortable, with a great view of the ocean, and gorgeous sunsets.The garage was so clean and roomy!! This was wonderful because we rented a Jeep Wagoneer, a vehicle large enough to comfortably seat 8 with extra room for cargo, and we got in and out of the garage easily.We used towels, chairs and the cart/wagon in the garage to go out to the beach and that was lovely, too. We never used the pool, so I can't say much about it except it was extremely convenient to get to and looked very nice. It just didn't fit with our schedule on this trip.The ELEVATOR!! OMG, we loved the elevator. It was especially helpful for moving luggage on move-in day and move-out day!The only issues we encountered related to Ceiling fan remote controls and TV remote controls, but these were very minor issues.Bottom line, I can't say enough about this property. We are happy we decided to rent here.

This home was beautiful! Very close to the beach and mini golf and restaurants. The two complaints I have is that we did see two cockroaches and the fridge on the rooftop did not work. We contacted the host about the fridge and they sent a lady who did not fix it nor provide us with another fridge . It was kind of inconvenient to try to spend time up there with no way to keep drinks cold.

Boujee on the Beach

This property was beautiful, modern decor, very clean, across the street from the beach. My family went for July 4th weekend. I booked this property, thinking we would be able to see fireworks from the rooftop area, but we were not able to see them from there. A 5 min walk across to the beach and we were able to see them. My family enjoyed the ping pong table, the pool, and the rooftop sitting area. My family also thought the beds/pillows were very comfortable. We had a great time!

Awesome Family Getaway

This rental was fabulous! Our family had an amazing experience. The house was extremely clean, the check-in and checkout process was seamless. The location was near all of the places we wanted to go to. The kitchen was nice, spacious, and had everything we needed. Access to the beach and pool was unmatched. This house was supplied with everything we needed and more. The superstar of the visit was the elevator which was useful for the senior citizens of our group. All ages from the youngest to the oldest enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back again.

This home was beautiful and so well located. We were easily able to walk across the street to the beach! This house was also so nicely equipped with everything that you might need from plenty of kitchen ware to linens and extra blankets. Our two young children especially enjoyed all the beach toys that they had prepared. They even had a nice wagon we were able to use to move the kids around! Just expect a lot of stairs though since it’s split between 4 floors. We had no issues but had our older parents so we just let them have the room on the 2nd floor by the kitchen. We would highly recommend this vacation home!
