Welcome to Sunrise and Sunset! 2 Brand new, side by side townhomes at Azul Townhomes in Madeira Beach! Experience the ultimate getaway, perfect for large groups or families looking to enjoy their vacation together while maintaining privacy. Built in 2025, these stunning townhomes feature modern finishes both inside and out, with every detail carefully designed for comfort and convenience. Each four-story townhome has a private entrance and is equipped with a private elevator that takes you from the ground level to the top floor.

Both townhomes feature inviting living areas with big screen TV's, perfect for gathering together for movie nights, along with top-of-the-line kitchens stocked with everything you need—from cookware to dishware and brand-new appliances. A large dining table in each townhome offers a great spot for group meals or a fun game night. And each townhome also has a private balcony off of the dining area complete with table and chairs for some extra space and outdoor dining.

You will find five spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms in each. Both are set up the same with the bedding. The second floors feature a luxurious king bed, while the third floors offer an additional king bed, as well as two bunk beds (each twin XL over queen), perfect for kids or additional guests. The fourth floors have a living room space that provides a cozy queen pull-out sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. All 5 of the bedrooms in each townhome have a TV. There is a full bathroom located on the 2nd floor, two on the 3rd floor and one on the 4th floor.

For outdoor enjoyment, each townhome has its own private top terrace with seating, big screen TV, games and panoramic views, a great place to gather after a fun filled beach day. Plus, enjoy some friendly competition on the awesome Pac-Man games located on the 4th floor of each townhome or the Air Hockey tables! Both townhomes also come with a private, attached garage for two vehicles and a private driveway for an additional car. To make things even easier, there’s a washer and dryer on the third floor of each, providing extra convenience during your stay.

We rented both A3 and A4 units for one week for our large family (7 adults and 6 children). The layout for each unit was great, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a garage to park our car in and out of the heat. Each unit also had beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach wagon to take it all across the street to the beach. The beach access was easy and quick to get there. The kitchens were equiped with everything we needed during our stay (but would suggest adding a muffin pan to the bakeware items for the kitchen). I did call on the day we arrived and reported the elevator was not working. Because it was not an emergency, and it was a weekend, I was toldno service was able to come make repairs until Monday. I sent a second request, and also reported an ant problem in both units. We never received a response from the host for either issue. If the elevator doesn't work, it shouldn't be advertised. I would also suggest a routine pest/insect exterminator to take care of the ants. The small pool offered for the two units was actually shared by the whole complex, so it was not used by our family due to it's limited space.

We understand the frustration caused by the elevator being out of service, especially when that amenity was an important factor in your booking. We also regret that your follow-up concerns regarding the elevator and ant activity did not receive a response. That is not the level of communication we strive to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your comments regarding pest control and the pool area are valuable and will be shared with the appropriate teams for review. We rented two condos for a week in Madeira Beach, FL, and overall had a fantastic experience. Both units were beautiful, spotless, and exactly as pictured—no surprises, which is always appreciated. The layouts were comfortable and worked perfectly for our group. We were within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
The only area for improvement was around basic supplies. Each bathroom had just one roll of very low-quality toilet paper, along with a single inexpensive roll of paper towels and only a few trash bags. There were also no basic kitchen essentials provided—no salt, pepper, spices, or coffee—so the condos felt completely bare in that regard. Not a dealbreaker, but something future guests should plan for or the host may want to consider improving.
That said, these were excellent condos in a prime location, and we truly enjoyed our stay. With a bit more attention to basic essentials, this would be a five-star experience across the board.
