Welcome to Azul Townhomes A1- Seahaven! This newly built, spacious townhome is perfect for larger families or groups seeking comfort, convenience, and luxury. This 4-story retreat offers ample space for relaxing, dining, and making memories together.

On the ground level, you'll find the welcoming entrance and an attached garage that fits two cars, plus extra driveway space for added convenience. The 2nd level is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living area with plenty of comfortable seating and an awesome 75 inch TV. Gather around the large dining table for meals, games, or quality time. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and is fully stocked with dishware, cookware, and utensils — everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Step out onto the private balcony with a table and chairs, the perfect spot to unwind and chat about your day's adventures. This level also includes a bedroom with a Queen bed and TV, plus a full bathroom. You will also find a private elevator in the home that has access from ground level to the roof top deck.

The 3rd floor boasts three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom features a King bed, a 65 inch TV, and an attached bathroom for added privacy. The other two bedrooms each offer two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds with 55 inch TVs, making them ideal for kids or groups. A washer and dryer on this floor add extra convenience.

The 4th floor offers another King bedroom with a 55 inch TV and an attached bathroom. This level opens to a spacious rooftop deck with plenty of seating, tables, and amazing top-floor views. Whether you're enjoying an outdoor dinner, sipping cocktails, or simply relaxing as you watch the lively Madeira Beach scene below, this rooftop space is a true highlight.

Guests can also enjoy the shared heated pool with an outdoor shower for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach. Beach access is just across the street, with a nearby crosswalk for safe and easy back-and-forth trips.

Great place and location. Everything was amazing and deserves 5 stars. The only thing that was slightly misleading was that it seemed like we had our own pool and didn’t have to share with other units. But the place is amazing we may stay again if going to that area again

This rental was a dream! Even more beautiful than the pictures, if that’s even possible. The entire place was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. All the beds were super comfortable and the rooms were spacious with lots of closet and dresser space to fully unpack everything we brought with us,
as well as the ensuites. The main area with the kitchen, dining and living room was a great gathering space for us, it was wide open and easy for us all to be doing our own thing but still be in the same space.
The rooms being on separate floors was also a great touch, we couldn’t hear our neighbours or each other throughout the night.
The rooftop deck was beautiful as well, we spent just about every evening up there.
The beach directly across the street was quiet and pretty private, which we loved.
We also were glad to have the garage, it was a great little loading space for us to just drop our beach things at the end of the day. Perfection, 5 stars don’t seem to be enough!

1st VRBO Rental

We were very impressed with our 1st time booking a VRBO. The place was exactly as pictured, actually had more accessories than listed. Check in codes were provided earlier in the day, actually called and they let us check in earlier (unit was ready early). Had a book with area attractions, games for kids to play. This location had a miniature golf, cvs, winn Dixie, and Surf Style within 2 block of the unit. Area beach's were great. Would stay there again.
