Beautifully decorated, clean, well-appointed condo has everything you need. This was our second time staying here. Karina is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything is conveniently organized for a stress-free holiday. Sunset views can't be beat on balcony and windows. Beds are very comfortable. Beach and parking very close. Publix grocery a few minutes away. Love having Caddy's next door for food or beach drinks. Great beach bar. Beach not crowded. A+ 5 stars

Really nice place, it was handy. The only downer was parking. It was really close to a support beam and usually we had to maneuver around to park in the assigned spot. No big deal. Most of the time the spot next to ours was open and we just used it to get in and out of our spot. Once again it was Nice.

Stayed for two weeks loved the place .. on the beach , walking distance to restaurants and Johns Pass..Would have loved to come back but double the price same time next year... A really nice place and I do recommend as a vacation spot .

This place has everything you need for the beach. Chairs, beach towels, goggles flippers sands toys for the kids and more. You get exactly what you see in the pictures. If schedule permits we will return next year

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo. It's ideally located right on the beach, and is close to stores and John's Pass. Parking is very close to the elevator, and since it's only on the first floor, the stairs are a quick option. The condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with everything you need. The owner is very responsive. The pool is quiet. The west view of sunsets on the corner balcony is outstanding.

My family has been coming to Arena De Maderia for years. We love this building! This unit was wonderful. Closest to the beach and now restaurant right next door! We will be back next year. Thank you for more great memories!

Beautiful, clean, spacious condo! The wrap around balcony is amazing. Host was very responsive on any questions or concerns we had. The unit had everything we needed. Close to grocery stores, shopping and food. Highligh recommend this unit. Will be staying here again for sure!

If this condo is available, grab it now! Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the living room, kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for comfort. But the sweetest feature is the first floor balcony overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! There are sliding doors into the wrap-around balcony from the living room (2) and master bedroom. You won’t be disappointed!

We enjoyed our stay, being able to walk right out to water and set up great chairs for sunshine. Master bedroom mattress And view of beach was excellent. Kitchen/living room wrap around view is phenomenal. Karina was responsive to every request we had and we were able to rent a recliner since my husband had just had surgery.

This place was just as we thought it would be from the pictures. Karina was a great host and very quick to respond to messages. We had a great two week stay and would definitely stay here again. Best part was being so close to the water and seeing the sunsets right from the balcony.

The property is accurately represented. Condo was clean and had all the necessary items needed for a 2 week stay. The views are spectacular and dolphins were a regular sight from the balcony and beach!

We stayed for three weeks in the condo. The condo is just as pictured and very nice. The kitchen and bathrooms are recently remodeled. The best part of the stay was the view from the balcony. You get full sun almost all day and a great seat for a spectacular sunset.

I always dreamt of being able to watch the water while lying in bed. However, I never thought there would be a place to be able to do that, until we stayed at Karina’s place! That dream came true while staying here and being in the master suite! Karina has everything top notch: comfy beds, fluffy towels, nice sheets and pillows. The kitchen has quality Cuisinart pans, knives even 2 muffin pans! Maybe someday again will will be traveling to this area and be blessed to be staying here again! Thank you Karina for offering this spectacular condo!

I LOVED staying in this condo. The owner is SUPER responsive to anything, which made coordinating my stay so enjoyable. She even had a recliner installed for my circulation issues. So sweet! I found the condo to be very updated, including all the items in the kitchen. The condo is RIGHT on the gulf. It has an amazing view and beautiful sunsets! The beach was not crowded and quiet. I can't wait to stay here again. I have no complaints!

This is a fantastic beach condo with everything you need. The accommodation is first class and I would thoroughly recommend it. So close to the beach which is very well maintained. The family plan to return to this condo due to the standard of facilities. Karina makes sure all is in order for guests and responds to emails etc promptly. Deserves the 5 * rating

This was the perfect condo to rent! Perfect location, perfect beach, perfect sunsets! The condo was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. It is decorated in a very contemporary style that is very neat and tidy. We were there in January and it was nice to have extra blankets and throws for a few chilly mornings. It is within walking distance to many, many restaurants. I highly recommend this unit to rent. And you will never meet nicer owners!
