This remodeled, bright and spacious 2 bedroom condo is located at Holiday Villas II, a popular beach front vacation building in beautiful Indian Shores. Lots of great amenities at this well maintained property! The community features a sparkling heated pool, a deck with loungers and tables with umbrellas. The pool area features bathrooms and a shower/rinse station. A grill is available for our tenants’ use.

The living/dining area is spacious with plenty of room for the family. It features very comfortable furniture with reclining seats as well as a large TV mounted to the wall, perfect to unwind from a activity filled day out on the beach. Large sliding doors open up to the private, nicely furnished balcony facing East. The beautifully remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It’s fully equipped and provides all you need to prepare a nice meal. There is a nice size dining table comfortable seating 6 and a breakfast bar for additional seating. The master bedroom has a King size bed, a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. The remodeled en-suite main bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a vanity with granite counter top. The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen size bed and bunk beds (2 Twin size beds), a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. The hallway bathroom also features a tub/shower condo and a vanity with granite counter top. This condo has FREE secure WiFi and comes with assigned parking. There are washers/dryers in the coin laundry room on on each floor.

Restaurants (including Salt Rock Grill), bars, and miniature golf easily within walking distance. Famous Salt Rock Grill is just steps away. The Suncoast Beach Trolly stops right out front. Jump in and explore the 30 mile long stretch of beaches between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.
