This really cute beach house is located right across the street from the beautiful sugar sand beach of Madeira Beach. This fun home away from home is literally steps from the action, grocery stores, drug stores, multiple shops, restaurants and live entertainment. It has recently been renovated and tastefully decorated. There are 2 bedrooms plus an enclosed Florida room that has been turned into a 3rd bedroom. New windows and beautiful warm wood flooring throughout. The home is filled with natural light from abundant windows and doors. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, washer/dryer and an eat-in area. The bright living area offers a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating. A real rarity is the back yard with an automatic gate, a nicely furnished patio and grill area. Ample private and secure parking for at least 2 cars available.

For additional family fun we also provide 2 bikes, 3 boogie boards, 6 beach chairs, 2 children chairs, ladder toss game, a beach wagon and lots of toys such as footballs, basketball, kids toys, floats, tents, skim board, paddle board game.
