Meet Our Broker
Rudy Consoni moved to the St. Pete Beach area from Switzerland with a Bachelors Degree in Business in 1988. Since arriving he has pursued his interest in Florida beach Real Estate. He was partner in a Real Estate company in Madeira Beach before opening his own office, Resort Realty, in 1998. Rudy has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1992. His specialty is representing buyers from Europe. In addition to English, he speaks fluent German, Spanish and French. Rudy knows the needs of European buyers, is familiar with the pitfalls they face and has an understanding of immigration policy with regard to real estate transactions. Rudy has seen all the "ups" and "downs" of our real estate market during his 20 years in the business and he is prepared to help buyers purchase 2nd homes and beach investment properties. Rudy, his wife and one son live in St. Petersburg.
