Rental Policies

Reservation Deposit:

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a $250 deposit per week or $1000 per month.

Security Deposit:

No Security Deposit required, however, guests are required to give a credit card imprint upon check-in for any damages or excessive cleaning.

Payment:

Total payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Resort Rentals, Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Traveler's Checks & money orders (certain restrictions may apply). Personal checks will be accepted if received 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation:

Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for a refund, however, a $100 administrative fee will be deducted. For your protection, please consider obtaining Travel Insurance, in case of cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival and other unpredictable events.

9-6 PM (M-F), 9-5 PM (Sat)

Check In Time:

After 3:00 PM. Please let us know if you need to make arrangements for late arrival.

Before 10 AM.
