Smoking

All condos and homes are non-smoking but you are allowed to smoke outside and on the balcony.

What does "Fully equipped kitchen" mean?

All condos and homes have:

• Refrigerator
• Dishwasher
• Stove
• Microwave
• Blender
• Coffeemaker
• Toaster
• Pots and Pans
• Dishes, Glasses, Silverware and Utensils
• Iron & Ironing Board

Cleaning

All vacation homes and condos are cleaned before you arrive and will be cleaned after you leave. If you want to arrange additional cleaning while you are here, call our cleaning company at 727-647-0950.

Do we provide cleaning supplies?

We do not provide cleaning supplies or chemicals. Each vacation place has the following starter kit:

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 2 hand soaps per bathroom
• 1 single load packet of dishwasher soap
• 1 single load packet of laundry detergent
• Trash bags in each waste basket

Linens and Towels

Bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are stocked in each location. Beach towels are not provided.

Beach chairs and umbrellas

We do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas. But, you are welcome to use any items left behind by other tenants.
