Janet moved down from Indiana in 1994, and has become an expert in Florida vacation rentals and other Floridian issues.

A former Bed & Breakfast owner Deborah deeply understands traveler's needs and concerns. Originally from Minnesota, Deborah has been in the area since 1999. With her past experience and knowledge of our extensive list of properties, she helps clients find a perfect family vacation rental.

Conny's interpersonal skills complement her professional background in computers. With the ability to listen to our clients' needs and provide solutions to daily business challenges, she is a specialist in customer care. Raised in Germany, Conny assists our clients from planning to departure, both in English and in German.

Originally from New England, Ann is a long time Florida resident. She raised her family here, was a Real Estate Agent for several years and is now semi-retired as our weekend front desk assistant. She knows our area well and is always ready with a smile, directions to activities, recommendation for a meal - anything to help our guests enjoy a memorable vacation on our great Beaches!

A native of West Virginia, Scott has been living in Florida since 1986. A cleaning professional since the early 1990s, Scott is one of the owners of Five Star Cleaning Services. One of the new faces in the cleaning department, Scott partnered with Resort Rentals in 2003 to raise Resort Rentals housekeeping standards above industry levels. Scott and his partner Rudy are so confident in the quality of the services they provide that they make their cell phone numbers available to all tenants.

A native of Florida, Rudy is Scott's partner at Five Star Cleaning Services. Besides providing quality cleaning services to Resort Rentals, Rudy and Scott are also known for their good taste, attention to detail and for their interior design makeovers. Rudy's dedication to service and to making Resort Rentals the most pleasant vacation rentals available in Florida have led him to a Rental Agent position with us.
